Sport is health!
At the beginning of the year, three-fourths of people make a decision to get into sports or do more sports. What happens after a few months and are these good resolutions put into practice?
According to a recent survey, fewer than 20% are keeping their commitment… If you haven’t put your good resolutions into practice yet… Don’t worry, you’re not the only one and you still have time to get started!
Note that Americans do a lot of sports with about 135 days a year. For the French, it’s not so bad because they do an average of 116 days a year of sport.
All this to motivate you to keep your good resolutions because playing sports of course allows you to stay healthy but also to have better morale, to have fun, to surpass yourself and for women especially sensitive to this … Keep the line!
