Less stress to lose weight and stay healthy

Stress makes you fat and sick. Excessive secretion from the adrenal glands due to stress has direct consequences for your body: weight gain and weakened immune defenses.


What can you do to limit stress?

  • RELATIZING your problems. Easier said than done, you may say, but imagine your situation lost in the desert. What’s important in your life?
  • POSITIVE. If you look hard enough, you’ll always find something positive in a situation that surprises you, teaches you something, makes you grow… etc.
  • LET GO. Disconnect for a while to help you overcome your stress. You can take 5-minute micro-naps, breathe through your belly, do relaxation exercises…etc.
