Avoiding overweight and obesity

First of all, 95% of diets fail after 5 years. So it’s best to adopt good eating habits as soon as possible:

  • A breakfast not to be sacrificed
  • A variety of dishes
  • Vegetables and fruit at every meal (at least 5 different ones a day, ideally 10!)
  • Reasonable portions. It’s better not to have a refill… even if it’s delicious.
  • Avoid industrially prepared foods that are too high in fat and sugar.
  • Limit fatty dishes, sweets and desserts

But don’t let that stop you from preparing tasty dishes to please yourself, because you have to stick with it for the long haul, and without pleasure, it won’t last!
