When you go to the doctor you don't need to call us unless the cost of medical treatment exceeds 500€, then you need a prior agreement.
When you go to the doctor and the cost of medical treatment is less than 500€, you pay the doctor and send your reimbursement request with the medical documents on your personal online account.
If your claim is complete, processing times are between 7-10 days, then you will be reimbursed in the following days.
For hospitalization following an emergency or accident, you must call on the medical assistance platform accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for assistance and direct payment as soon as the hospital accepts our letter of guarantee.
For a scheduled hospitalization, you need a prior agreement which you can request on your personal online account.
