Which complementary insurance should I choose to replace Owello?

For the past eight years I've been insured by CFE and Owello, formerly HUMANIS.
I'd like additional insurance, as I'm having a lot of problems with Owello. Since January 1, when they replaced HUMANIS, they have been unable to send me an e-mail to reactivate my account with a new password. On the other hand, they didn't forget to deduct my contribution on January 15, and on April 15 they deduct my second-quarter contribution. So I'm paying for a service I can't use.
I would therefore be interested in an offer from your insurance company. What type of insurance can I choose to replace Owello?
