Hello, I’m worried that my visa will be refused. Does Mondassur issue refunds if the visa application is rejected ? And what if I dont have any response from the consulate, or if their response is delayed ? Could I still get a refund then ?

Regarding our refund/modification policies prior to the contract's start date:
If your visa is denied, you can get a refund of your insurance – you’d just need to email us your refusal document prior to the start date of your plan. There is a 75 euro administrative fee. The reimbursement takes a maximum of 30 days to be processed. In the rare case that your plan is about to start and you still don’t have an answer from the consulate, you can pay a 35 euro fee to change the start/end dates of the plan and have it start later on. Once the contract has started, refunds/modifications are not possible, so it's very important to keep us updated in case of delays.
