What are the conditions for taking out GoldVisa international health insurance?

Cover takes effect on receipt of the application form, medical questionnaire, bank details, copy of passport, payment of premiums and approval by the insurer. You are therefore covered as soon as you register :

  • Immediate : Treatment and hospitalization due to accidents
  • After 3 months : For all other medical care and hospitalizations
  • After 10 months : For maternity care

Note: Waiting periods (except for maternity) may be waived if you were previously covered by another health insurance plan that was canceled less than one month ago.

Contract Details

  • Duration: 3 months at minimum; can be kept for life; auto-renewal is possible on request
  • Cancellation: Possible with 2 months’ notice before renewal
